We want you to love your saree. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges work โ straightforward, fair, and designed to keep you confident about shopping with Anvi. Please note: We do not offer returns for refund.
Exchange window โ 2 days
Exchanges must be requested within 2 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and be in the same condition you received them.
- Request exchange within 2 days of delivery via the form below or by emailing bishu25abc@gmail.com.
- We will confirm availability of the replacement item (size, colour or alternate saree) within 48 hours.
- If replacement is available, we will guide you on the return shipment and send the exchanged item when we receive and inspect the original.
No Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns. All purchases are final. However, we offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. Exchanges are our only option for product issues.
- No returns for refund are accepted under any circumstances.
- If you change your mind about your purchase, we cannot process a return or refund.
- Only exchanges within 2 days are available for eligible items (unused, original condition).
Exceptions and non-exchangeable items
- Items marked final sale cannot be exchanged.
- Items damaged through wear, improper care, or alterations are not eligible for exchange.
- Custom orders made-to-measure or dyed-on-request are non-exchangeable unless faulty or defective.
How to request an exchange
- Fill the Exchange Request form below (include order number and preferred action).
- We'll email you confirmation and instructions for the exchange within 48 hours.
- Ship the item following the instructions; keep the tracking number and send it to us.
- Once received and inspected, we'll confirm replacement shipment.

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or damaged), we provide a prepaid shipping label. If the exchange is due to a customer preference (size/color change), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How long until I receive my exchanged item?
Exchanges are shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item; timeline depends on stock and shipping method. Typically, exchanges take 7-14 business days from the time we receive your original item.
What if my exchange request is outside the 2-day window?
Exchange requests outside the 2-day window cannot be guaranteed. Contact us directly at bishu25abc@gmail.com to discuss your situation, but refunds are not available regardless of timing.
