We aim to dispatch every order quickly and securely. This shipping policy explains delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and what to expect after you place an order with Anvi Saree Collection.

Domestic shipping (Nepal)

Orders within Nepal are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch:

  • Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days
  • Other major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote or hill areas: 4–7 business days

We use trusted local carriers and courier partners to deliver your order safely.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and selected service
  • Free domestic shipping offers may apply for qualifying orders — see promotions at checkout
  • Express or insured shipping is available at extra cost

Order processing

Processing time (1–4 business days) includes order verification, quality checks and packaging. During sale periods or public holidays processing may take longer; we notify customers by email or SMS of any delay.

Tracking your order

When your order ships we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Use that tracking link to follow transit updates. If you don't receive tracking details within 4 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Delivery problems

  • If a package is returned to us (wrong address or unclaimed) we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Report missing, damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.

FAQ

How long until my order ships?

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During promotions it can take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change the address — contact us immediately with your order number. If it has shipped, we cannot change the destination but we can help arrange redelivery if the carrier supports it.

Do you ship internationally?

Who pays customs and import taxes?

Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country. Contact your local customs office for details.
